Our first rental property, which we built from the ground up, is in Seattle, where my husband and I raised our children. We decided after this that we wanted to build even more for more people in Miami.

“This place was absolutely perfect for our large family. The view is beyond spectacular. The great room downstairs with the theater, game room, pool table and shuffle board was so much fun for everyone. They have outdoor heaters that make the balconies usable during the cold season. The jacuzzi was always heated for us and a great treat after a long busy day. The owners were very accommodating, quick to respond and very helpful. It felt like we were staying at our family’s home. I can’t say enough about how perfect it was. I would be delighted to stay there again!”
